Liv Tyler would be willing to change her hair for the right film role.The stunning actress has previously chopped off all her locks and while she prefers her tresses to be longer she would be willing to do it again. She said: “I love my hair long as it is now, but I’m always open to doing something drastic for the right film part. Like the time Robert Altman asked me to cut my hair into a short pixie for Cookie’s Fortune. I loved having that opportunity, however I’m back to having it long again now. I’ve also gone red a few times, too, which was fun! “But the growing out process after it was short was not fun!” Liv also makes sure she takes good care of her hair as she knows how important it is to. She said: “My hair is styled a lot for filming, photo shoots, events and so on, which takes its toll. So I have a skincare regime. I shampoo my hair to cleanse it, condition it and I use a leave-in treatment at least once a week, sometimes more, for extra conditioning.”

Liv says her routine is simple, and religiously follows it in order to maintain her glowing complexion. “I start with exercise,” she told French publication Madame Figaro. “I drink a cocktail of vitamins – the emergency kit – it gives you an incredible boost and it helps you unwind. I am also addicted to cucumber juice from the smoothie bar Organic Avenue in New York – the green vegetables are good for my complexion. “Before meeting the make-up artist I use the purifying mask from Blue Flame d’Astara, soothing and perfect against any redness, and Bliss Blood Orange Sugar scrub, which is really nice for my bust.” The mother-of-one also revealed how she maintains her flawless complexion day in, day out. Having worked in the showbiz industry since her teens, the brunette beauty knows how important a dedicated skincare routine is. “I clean my face with Dermal Clay Cleanser by Dermalogica, a powder with kaolin and menthol which cleanses the skin,” she said. “Then I put on a few drops of Olio Lusso, an amazing oil crated by Linda Rodin made of eleven different extracts of essential oils.”

She said: “It depends on the event but I often work with a stylist and they’ll pull a lot of looks and we choose what looks or fits the best. I went to an event at the ballet recently and I wore a dress and they were literally sewing me into it as I was walking out of the door!” However, the 34-year-old actress says she would be confident in her own abilities if she had to pick an outfit out by herself. She told Britain’s OK! magazine: “If I had to pull together a look for tonight right here, right now, I’d probably throw on some super-skinny leggings and this amazing Tom Ford corset that I bought that kind of looks like you’re naked but you’re not. It’s just beautiful. The body is black and nude criss-cross so I’d wear that with a little blazer.”"

As a young and up-and-coming model back in 1996, she worked her brunette locks for the shampoo brand in a TV ad. Pantene has teamed up with Liv to promote their new product line that is using technology from NASA!

Eva Mendes and Naomi Watts are the most recent Pantene recruits, and now Liv Tyler is reprising her role.
