Liv Tyler likes to work with a stylist for a red carpet event. The Lord of the Rings beauty enjoys getting fashion advice before she attends glamorous events so speaks to her stylist and they work together on the perfect outfit. She said: “It depends on the event but I often work with a stylist and they’ll pull a lot of looks and we choose what looks or fits the best. I went to an event at the ballet recently and I wore a dress and they were literally sewing me into it as I was walking out of the door!” However, the 34-year-old actress says she would be confident in her own abilities if she had to pick an outfit out by herself. She told Britain’s OK! magazine: “If I had to pull together a look for tonight right here, right now, I’d probably throw on some super-skinny leggings and this amazing Tom Ford corset that I bought that kind of looks like you’re naked but you’re not. It’s just beautiful. The body is black and nude criss-cross so I’d wear that with a little blazer.”"

Liv Tyler’s mother and grandmother have had the biggest influence on her style. The Lord of the Rings actress relies on both women for advice and revealed they have shown her accentuate her best assets. She said: “My mom Bebe Buell and grandmother taught me everything I know; I learned so much from them. But they are so different – my grandmother does yoga and carries herself so beautifully. She teaches etiquette and is very polished and sophisticated. Then my mother, her daughter, was a beautiful model and a punk rocker and a totally different person. My mum is incredibly beautiful and has very eclectic taste and is quite playful, kitsch even.” Liv also explained she is grateful for her grandmother’s tips on how to look good, especially when she has an important TV appearance coming up. She told Britain’s OK! magazine: “I remember the first time I went on a TV chat show, I think it was David Letterman’s, my grandmother told me to remember to cross my legs away from the camera. She demonstrated it and explained how it would make my legs look longer and was more flattering. There’s so many more tips but it’s the little things like that my mum and grandma have taught me.”

Actress Liv Tyler has made a comeback, this time with her favorite shampoo. She has become the new ambassador for Pantene, a title that she actually has had before. As a young and up-and-coming model back in 1996, she worked her brunette locks for the shampoo brand in a TV ad. Pantene has teamed up with Liv to promote their new product line that is using technology from NASA!
Pantene has used the star power of some of Hollywood’s most gorgeous women before in their ad campaigns. Eva Mendes and Naomi Watts are the most recent Pantene recruits, and now Liv Tyler is reprising her role. She is set to be in both print and TV ads for Pantene’s new product line hitting the stores in November, Daily Mail reports. The Repair and Protect line is designed for normal to thick hair and is said to have completely new ingredients that Pantene worked on for seven years with the help of NASA’s microscope technology. Liv Tyler is excited to be working with Pantene again and adds, “I’ve tried lots of different hair care brands over the years, but Pantene is my favorite as it always leaves my hair looking and feeling really healthy.”
Liv Tyler has always been known for her stunning beauty and her gorgeous long hair. She has not experimented too much with her looks and has kept her locks long and flowy throughout the years. As for how the mother of one keeps her hair looking so good, she shared her old-fashioned secret at MSN Entertainment, revealing that after washing her hair in the shower she blasts her tresses with some cold water. “This is the best trick to make my hair shine. It is great for the circulation.”
Liv told InStyle magazine that having her hair done at a salon is her favorite beauty indulgence, Celebrity Beauty Buzz reported. She also shared her favorite beauty products and some timeless wisdom, saying, “There is no such thing as the perfectly beautiful face. True beauty comes from having happiness in your life.”
